If the field is left blank, it means that there is no utility bill data available for this household. 2 | HH_ID | This field contains the Household ID. Each household that responded to the survey has a unique household ID. The ID is stored as a number that is up to 5 digits and is in the range of 1-15000. This ID allows survey response data in different tables to be related to each other. | ||
3 | Owned | This field contains that numeric code for the response to survey question 1 about home ownership. If this record is left blank, it means the household did not provide a response to this question. | 1=Own,2=Rent | |
4 | Owned_Years | This field contains the answer to question 1A, which asked the number of years a household has owned their home (if they indicated they were a homeowner in Question 1).
