Research

I am interested in biological control of soil borne pathogens, specifically vascular fusarioses. substantial body of research in the past showed that naturally occurring suppressive soils exist all over the word, and are hypothesized to have undergone a long microbial co-evolutionary process that has led to their current suppressive status. My research will focus on understanding factors that drive co-evolutionary processes which undely the genesis of suppressive soil.
