Plants of Cedar Creek

The only representative of the Bladdernut family found in Minnesota is Staphylea trifolia (Bladdernut).  It is a large shrub of rich deciduous woodlands.  Fruits are distinctive indehiscent pods.  Found in woods near here, and may eventually turn up.
