Plants of Cedar Creek

   Two species of Mirabilis (=Oxybaphis) represent the Four-o’clock Family.   M. hirsuta (Slender 4 O'clock)  is fairly common in the savanna area south of Fish Lake; M. nyctaginea (Heart-leaved 4 O'clock) is an infrequently encountered roadside weed.
