(Arrow Grass Family)

The sole representative of the Arrow Grass Family at Cedar Creek is Scheuchzeria palustris (American Scheuchzeria).  It is a common plant on the sedge mat bordering Beckman Lake.

The genus Triglochin (Arrow Grass) is found in Minnesota but does not occur at Cedar Creek.
