(Gourd Family)

The sole representative of the Gourd Family at Cedar Creek is Echinocystis lobata (Wild Cucumber).  It is fairly common in ditches, lowland thickets, and marsh edges.

Sicyos angulatus (Bur Cucumber) is another member of the Gourd Family found in Minnesota.  It does not occur on CCNHA.
